The union building is now under new ownership and management as of July 2025.  Join us as tenants as we bring the building back to it's former place as an iconic hub in downtown Anderson.

84,755 Square Feet

Built in 1902

When it opened in 1902, the “Union Building” at 1106 Meridian was noted as one of Indiana’s largest
office buildings and among the state’s first all-steel structures. Early tenants included the Union Traction Company, the Anderson telephone exchange, radio station WHBU, and (at street level) the Lion Department Store.
